Scott has provided over 40 years of expertise in the construction rental business. His knowledge and experience are unmatched and is a valuable resource for many of our partners in the industry. He created the comprehensive heating system many contractors use today for construction heat. Many have tried to duplicate his system, Scott has perfected it. Scott works closely with his team at Climate Control Canada to ensure customers have the best climate control solutions for their project. He is passionate, committed, and reliable-doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his beloved dog, Romeo.
Nichole McLeod
Nichole is our Business Development Manager for both BC and Alberta. Nichole joined our team with over 28 years experience in Business/Sales Management. Nichole’s experience as a Finishing Superintendent is a valuable component in making sure our site superintendents have what they need and understands the process involved in your build. Nichole works closely with our partners to ensure expectations are managed and the process for install is as streamlined as possible. Nichole is actively involved in on-boarding new partners, managing the install of equipment and managing all customer service related concerns.
In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to the community at her local church. Nichole is also a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and enjoys motivating people to live a healthy lifestyle. Nichole spends many hours on the mountains in the winter snowboarding and at the lake in the summer months on her paddle board.
Tobi Stroka
As Tobi’s role as BC District Manager for Climate Control Canada, he’s in charge of installing the company’s heaters – ensuring that the quality system that has been trusted in the industry is properly installed. With both management and construction experience under his belt, Tobi is the perfect fit to oversee the team and guarantee successful installations. His meticulous attention to detail and team-oriented mindset make him the ideal candidate for the job.
