Direct Fired heaters (similar to LB Whites) consume oxygen in the area & expel off gases and moisture back into the environment requiring additional ventilation & dehumidification to compensate.
They use a tremendous amount of propane that the supplier charges a premium for, bottle rental fee with a delivery / handling fee per bottle!
Although there are some applications that use direct fired heaters in construction, direct fire heaters are not ideal nor the system of choice for interior finishing.
